We want you to be absolutely in love with your personalized keepsakes. Because our products are handcrafted and custom-made just for you, we have specific policies regarding refunds and returns.
Customized Items
Personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrived damaged or with a clear manufacturing error. Please double-check all spelling and dates before submitting your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrectly crafted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the item and packaging. We will prioritize sending a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders enter our production queue within 2 hours of placement. If you need to cancel or change your order, please email us immediately.
