How do I personalize my order?+
After selecting a product, you'll see personalization fields on the product page. Enter the names, dates, or custom text you want, then add to cart.
How long does production take?+
Most personalized orders are produced within 2–4 business days. During peak seasons (November–December) production may take up to 5–7 business days.
What are the shipping options?+
We offer standard shipping (7–10 business days) and expedited shipping (3–5 business days). Free standard shipping on orders over $60.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?+
Because orders enter production quickly, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After production begins, we cannot make changes.
What if my item arrives damaged?+
We take great care in packaging. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will send a replacement at no charge.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping typically takes 10–20 business days. Customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I return a personalized item?+
Personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect. Please review your customization carefully before placing your order.
What file format should I use for custom photos?+
For best results, please use high-resolution JPG or PNG files (at least 800×800 pixels). The clearer the photo, the better the final result.
